Oh, all right then

Just before midnight, I bite the bullet and send off a submission of Radio Free Mombasa to a publisher I like a lot. They have always sent courteous rejections in the past. Here's hoping.
Some days you lose

Well, this morning I woke up annoyed. I saw last night that the 'writers show and tell' event I had been rejected from was a real success. They did not want my work, and others got to 'pitch' to publishers I have striven to get attention from. To heck with it.
I have spent the morning recreating my ewanmcvicar website, which was frozen for no discernible reason by the hosters - they have zapped several of the websites I made here, but will give me no explanation that makes sense.
Keep on keeping on.
Rebuilding once more

Since Webs.com 'froze' my old Ewan McVicar website I'm having to build anew here:(. Well, I began copying over the basic text from the old site.
Next I am planning to do a new page of information about Uganda matters that I co-run or support - Bridge Builders, the Rubbish Marching Band, Echatutu Women's Group. If I get any news of the books submissions currently out I will post here.
Well, that's me planning, let's see if I do it.
